Booking & Payments

We utilize a secure, all-in-one patient portal (PracticeQ) to streamline your care.

• Pre-Payment Required: To confirm your time slot, all appointment fees ($200) must be paid online at the time of booking.

• Self-Service: You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments directly through the portal without needing to call the office.

Important Clinic Policies

To ensure a safe and efficient environment for all patients, please note the following:

• Monday In-Person Only: Dr. Olds sees patients in-person on Mondays only. We do not currently offer walk-in hours or mid-week physical appointments.

• Prescription Policy: Prescriptions are written only during scheduled appointments. We do not provide refills or new prescriptions over the phone or via text outside of your designated visit time.

• No Medications On-Site: For the safety of our staff and patients, no medications (including Buprenorphine or Testosterone) are stored at the clinic.To ensure the highest level of security and clinical oversight, Dr. Olds provides physical paper prescriptions directly to the patient at the conclusion of the visit.

• Phone Calls: As Dr. Olds is with patients throughout the day on Mondays and in other clinical settings during the week, he is generally unable to answer unscheduled phone calls. Please text or email for the quickest resolution.
